New Student Applications
Summer 2023

Welcome to Horizons Savannah!

How to navigate the online application:

FIRST, CREATE AN ACCOUNT
You will complete an application for EACH student. Please complete the entire application for one student, and then return to the beginning and additional students if needed. Under Affiliate select GA, then select the site where you'd like your student to attend our summer program. You have the following options:
1. Savannah Country Day School- 824 Stillwood Drive, Savannah GA 31419 NO SPACE AVAILABLE
2. Bethesda Academy- 9520 Ferguson Ave, Savannah GA 31406 NO SPACE AVAILABLE
3. Savannah Christian Preparatory School- 1599 Chatham Pkwy, Savannah, GA 31408 NO SPACE AVAILABLE
4. St. Andrew's School 601 Pennwaller Rd, Savannah GA 31410 Grades K and 1st OPENINGS ONLY
When you have finished entering the information, click REGISTER!

YOU ARE NOT DONE!! Check your email. You should get an email that says "Welcome to Horizons." There is a long link in that email. Click the link.

Choose a password and write it down in case you need it again. Click Change Password and follow the prompts.
Once logged in, you should see the Dashboard for your family. You will need to complete the enrollment form for each student, and you should see their names in the box.
Enter all the information that has a red * next to it on each tab.
***** Attention: ALL PHONE NUMBERS MUST LOOK LIKE THIS (000) 000-000. If you do not use the ( ) and the – correctly, it will not let you move on. If you get an error, it’s probably for the phone number.
On the Uploads Tab, please upload a copy of your students' completed Physician's Clearance Form. Submit on the last tab when complete.
Return to the Dashboard and repeat this process for each student, including any new siblings applying. EACH STUDENT SHOULD HAVE AN ENROLLMENT FORM. Please add a new form for any new students.
You can return to your family dashboard and make changes or upload documents at any time!
